I am a 200-hour vinyasa trained yoga instructor with a focus on alignment, anatomy, connection, and adventure. You will discover new things about your body and practice as you challenge the limits of what you are capable of accomplishing.

Through mindfulness coaching, I can help you develop strategies to deal with everyday stress and thoughts. We will work in many facets to find the fit that is right for your specific needs and circumstances.
